If you are a current customer and you space needs change, you can request a transfer to smaller or larger unit at any time if units are available at that time. To request a transfer, speak to our customer service representative at your existing Giant Storage location.
Giant Storage does not allow anyone other than the party renting to sign a rental agreement as the rental agreement states you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the rental contract.
Yes. All locations are 24 hour gated access available by entering your custom gate code. If you forget your gate code, please call us at 208-916-5150 or visit the main office at your Giant Storage location.
We require all customers secure their storage units by using a lock. You are not required to purchase a lock from Giant Storage but are available at the Giant Storage main office.

There are multiple ways to pay for your storage space. You can make a payment online, in person or over the phone. All major credit cards are accepted. Auto pay is also available and can be setup by our customer service representatives.
Your monthly rent is due on the first of each month. Rent is pro-rated based on your move-in and move-out dates.
All of our rental agreements are on a month to month basis.
Rental Agreements with Bonner Storage Station are on a month to month basis. All rents are due on the 1st day of each month. Only prepaid rent for months following vacate date will be made. These will be mailed from our business office to the last address as provided by the Tenant. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks.
When you are ready to move out, please contact our customer service representatives and ensure the storage unit is clean and all belongings have been cleared out to avoid any cleaning fees. You must remove the lock from your unit as well.

If we do not receive payment by the 5th of the month, you will be locked out of the gate and a $20.00 late fee will be applied to your account. After 30 days we will cut lock to see if still occupied, then we will start the auction process.
