Our brand-new 70,000 sq. ft. facility is coming to W. Nob Hill Blvd. With unit sizes from 10×10 to 14×48, including RV and boat storage, this location is designed to meet the needs of both residential and commercial customers.
The Yakima facility will be fully fenced, well-lit, and offer drive-up access, along with 24-hour gated entry. A new regional sales office will also give Central Washington customers a convenient place to meet with our team, view projects, and plan future builds.
Construction is starting in Fall 2025, and we are on track for a Grand Opening in Spring 2026.
Estimated rates will range between $0.75-$1.25 per sq. ft.
